INCO Commercial Brokerage is a boutique industrial and commercial real estate brokerage in the Mid-Counties. Bruce Romano and Jim Litchfield founded it in 1986. We have been in this corridor the whole time, serving Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
We help our clients lease, buy, sell, and manage warehouse and industrial buildings. Bruce and Jim are still in the deals.
