Bruce Romano

Bruce Romano began his career in the industrial real estate brokerage industry in 1978 as a broker serving the Los Angeles Mid-Counties and Central markets.
After working for Penta Pacific Properties and Federal Industrial Properties, Bruce founded INCO Commercial Brokerage in 1986.
As he began forming relationships with landlords, many of the landlords were looking for someone to manage their properties for their families. That’s when they began asking Bruce if he could provide those services for them. In 2002, Bruce decided to form Romano Litchfield and Associates to provide his clients with a dedicated team focused on adding value to his clients’ investment properties.
In addition to brokerage and property management, Bruce owns industrial buildings in the Southern California area. Owning his own properties, Bruce knows what is involved and what is required when owning and managing properties.
Today Bruce is heavily involved in the operations of INCO Commercial Brokerage and Romano Litchfield by overseeing the companies’ operations and staying up-to-date with current market trends and overall economics in an effort to protect, maximize, and add value to his clients’ investment properties.
