Joe Maiolo began his career in 1964 and is considered to be one of the pioneers of commercial and industrial real estate brokerage in the Los Angeles Mid-Counties region. Joe was among the first brokers to shift their focus from the Downtown and Los Angeles Central markets to areas such as Santa Fe Springs, Cerritos, and La Mirada.

Today, Joe Maiolo handles approximately over two million square feet of exclusive for lease listings. In addition to commercial real estate brokerage services, Joe has real estate development, property ownership, and property management experience. Joe owns several industrial properties throughout Southern California.
