Kevin Romano extensively works the Los Angeles Mid-Counties industrial market. Licensed since 2017, Kevin has assisted numerous clients with leasing and selling their industrial buildings, relocating and expanding their facilities, and successfully negotiating lease renewals.  

 

Kevin provides landlord and tenant representation, sales, 1031 exchange transactions, and property management services.

In addition to industrial real estate brokerage, Kevin is the vice president of Romano Litchfield and Associates.  Romano Litchfield and Associates is Inco Commercial Brokerage's sister company that manages industrial buildings in Southern California.

Kevin graduated from California State University, Fullerton with Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
