Joe Maiolo is considered to be one of the pioneers of brokerage in the Los Angeles Mid-counties region.  Joe started his career in commercial and industrial real estate in 1964. Joe was one of the first brokers to shift their focus from the Downtown and Los Angeles Central markets to areas such as Santa Fe Springs, Cerritos, and La Mirada.  Currently, Joe Maiolo controls over two million square feet of exclusive listings.

In addition to brokerage, Joe has development, ownership, and management experience. Joe owns several industrial buildings throughout Southern California.

Joe graduated from University of Southern California with Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Finance, and Marketing.
