Jim Litchfield has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1979. Jim is one of the co-founders of INCO Commercial Brokerage. 

 

In addition to brokerage, Jim owns commercial properties of his own.  With this ownership experience, he is able to answer client's questions and concerns with his personal experience of owning commercial real estate.
