Kevin Romano

Kevin Romano started with INCO Commercial Brokerage as an intern in 2015. At that time, he was learning the basics of the brokerage and property management industry. His roles were bookkeeping, preparing lease and amendment documents, maintaining service contracts, and other fundamental brokerage and property management services.
After graduating California State University, Fullerton in 2017, Kevin obtained his California real estate salesperson’s license and switched his focus exclusively to brokerage services, including leasing, selling and purchasing industrial buildings for his clients. Within 7 years, Kevin has successfully completed multiple lease and sale transactions totaling over 5 million square feet.
Kevin focuses extensively on the Los Angeles Mid-Counties and Central industrial markets.
Today, Kevin is a Director for both INCO Commercial Brokerage and Romano Litchfield and Associates.
