• Set up appointments with listing brokers.

• Tour the property and note any important aspects and/or defects of the building that need to be altered.

• Prepare and create a non-binding letter of intent to tie up the subject property.

• Negotiate with the landlord and listing broker.

• Review the Lease.

• Verify that all required documents are submitted upon Lease execution.
